"Great hotel poor staff"

The room were super clean and new. It was relaxing experience

The staff was rude. We had a chat with hotel staff via booking.com to help me decorate the room for honeymoon. When I arrived at the location receptionist wasn't attentive and they said we havent gotten any such instructions to decorate the room. Also the staff were murmuring to each other about us.
