The electricity goes off for atleast 3 hours in the whole building every second day also you have to pay a R100 deposit for your key but when you you checkout at 10 30 they you hav to wait for the bar staff whole only comes in at 12am to get your deposit back

It is Closer to District 6 and at the Centre of Cape Town

Nothing I hated everything

Everything, no hot water, no TV only radio, it sucked ass

The place was bad from outside to inside the place is not the same as the pictures . The stairs are a mess and not safe at all. The room worse ,the smell ,floor was wet we realised when we wake up every thing that was on the floor was wet. The drawers all were full of dirty stuff (plastics and left over). Barely slept because the bar fridge makes sound like generator. Beds don’t have legs ,the base is down on the floor. In the morning you have to wait for checkout because there’s no one at the reception and they don’t pick up their phone even WhatsApp

How the view is outside looking out the windows from inside the hotel upstairs. The shops and cool feel outside the hotel.

There was no toilet paper available in the private bathrooms in the hotel rooms. Asked 4 times and then only after about 4 - 5 hours I received from the staff. Fix the shower - so that it always has warm water and not every 1 - 2min. Put new bed sheets, pillows etc. The fridge door we had was broken - at least it still kept our cooldrinks cold. The public microwave was broken. Air/condition...? - we had a big fan... Just do some managing in the hotel its extremely bad.

The stuff was so friendly.

They need to renovate, it felt like i was in a horror movie, and also its not clean, one of the bed had bed bugs. But the stuff was so friendly though.

There's nothing to like to this property. The experience was unacceptable, and the place was filthy and unhygienic and not safe. The room was in an unacceptable state,dirty and unironed linen. Th check-in process was unprofessional. We were left to stand for over 35 minutes at the reception without any assistance. No toilet paper, no room service, TV, and Wifi not working. The entire place reeked of foul odors, the room had bed bugs , and nothing in that room or hotel was functioning. To add to our frustration, when we tried to checkout and request our refund, there was no one to assist Our stay was a complete nightmare and health risk. The establishment does not meet the basic guest safety and comfort l hope Booking. com will take responsibility for listing such a substandard property and that Booking. con review and investigate this listing immediately to prevent future guests from experiencing the same distress

Nothing . Bad bad bad

It was dirty , had a weird smell, bedding dirty and the worst of all bed bugs 😩😩😩. We were up the whole night we couldn’t wait to leave
