They cancelled the reservation while I was an hour away from their facilities. No respect for other people but money! Trash!

Everything! Service sucks!

Tv has paid for Netflix, jacobs coffee, the overall setup is perfect. Shelf space in the bedroom

The kitchen top space is limited. Try a separate shelf for the microwave in the space next to the tv so the stove can be where the microwave is. Place tiles or wall paper to avoid spilling oil. Couch is too low, please add a chair. Electric blanket switched on, on one side only

It was too comfortable and nice

I really appreciated how clean the place was. The host’s decor was beautiful and made the space feel welcoming. I also loved how thoughtful the host was in keeping us warm providing two heaters, blankets, and even an electric blanket, which made a big difference since the weather was bad.

Dere får følge med i timen, jeg kan vel ikke fortelle dere hvordan det er på en plass jeg aldri har vært på?? ELLER??

Spurte om hjelp fra dere,men det virkekt som det var viktigere for dere å ikke få noe skyld,,for et problem jeg selv hadde klart å skape,, prøv heller å hjelp en idiot, enn å hele tiden sikre dere på alle fromter.. Skjelden jeg kritiserer andre,men et sted går selv min grense!!!!

Proactive communication from the host, Refiloe. Excellent in enabling a mental picture of where and what you heading to. The apartment as good as advertised. Mini kitchen came heady in the cold weather for some self-service with some welcoming groceries provided. Fan and heater at your disposal for any kind of weather. Android TV provided entertainment at a click of a remote button. The feeling of safety and security made us feel home-away-from-home.

Lack of signage. Some signage on the roadside directing the visitor to the apartments will improve accessibility
