Nu recomand aceasta cazare !! Am ramas cu un gust amar... Fiind o persoana care calatoreste destul de des,apreciez foarte mult curatenia,linistea si bunul simt,lucruri de care la aceasta cazare nu am avut parte. Primul lucru deranjant a fost ca m-i s-a cerut sa platesc macar o noapte in avans,desi rezervarea era facuta deja pe Booking,pentru 3 nopti. Ajunsi la locatie,am fost intampinati de sotul doamnei si facut un mic instructaj,dupa care i-am inmanat restul de bani (fara sa primesc vreo factura sau bon fiscal pentru cele 3 nopti de cazare).Sejurul a urmat in fiecare seara si dimineata cu galagia vecinilor de deasupra care au copii mici si se alergau prin casa. Curatenia nu s-a efectuat in bucatarie,deloc. Nu se putea gati nimic in cuptor daca nu il curatam eu,la fel si prajitorul de paine. Ustensilele de bucatarie(tacamurile si farfuriile), sunt foarte uzate si matuite. Plasa de insecte din sufragerie,defecta(rupta de un copil,dar dureaza prea mult reparatia). Lenjeria de pat rupta(fata de perna). Lipsa televizoarelor din ambele dormitoare,constituie un chin la un apartament de 3 camere,unde iti vine o familie care este obligata sa se ("bata") pe un televizor.Prin urmare aceasta unitate de cazare nu isi respecta nota de pe Booking si nici clientii.

El piso es estupendo. Cómodo con todas las facilidades, mención especial a la cafetera y terrazs.

Las únicas pegas son el no tener ascensor, tercer piso, y estar a unos 20’ del centro andando.

Spacious apartment with big living room and bedrooms, very clean , they have everything you need if you want to cook, a coffee machine with excellent coffee beans, excellent view of the city and Tâmpa hill and Braşov sign. Very close to old city centre (10/15min walk). Parking space. Also the host Dumitru was very helpful, friendly and professional! We’ll sure be back again!

Niestety nie mieliśmy wystarczającej ilości pościeli, syn musiał spać pod kocem... Zorientowaliśmy się gdy było już bardzo późno...

The hosts (Olga and Dima) were great The apartment is big and has 2 bathrooms which is a great advantage.

My bad that I missed that there is no air-conditioning, it was quite hot, at evening it get cooler but there is no net on 2 main windows so fly can enter. I also didn't check if elevator exists , so it is anoying with 3 floors, but the hosts wanted to assist with the luggage

Obrovský apartmán v apartmánovém domě s vlastním parkováním. Výborná komunikace s paní majitelkou. Kousek od apartmánu obchod. V blízkosti historické centrum Brašova

Eine sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Gegend mit einem tollen Balkonblick. Die Zitadelle von Brasov ist nur 10-15 Min Fußweg von der Wohnung erreichbar.
