The bed was too hard

1. Door handle was broken 2. Bed very uncomfortable 3. Furniture in bad condition 4. No Aircon 5. No Rooibos or Coffe 6. No waste bins inside 7. Ran out of toilet paper

The cleaning ladies was really good and much appreciated. She makes the place 100% worth it

Some building works was on going and interfered with some rests needed from players in-between games. Some rooms finishing was not completed. Beds was rock hard some and others was okay. No TV in the main assembly room although pictures showed there was. Cooking on a small portable plate was not ideal for a group of 13 people. Not enough cutlery for a full group of 13 people. Some fridges did not work. Accommodation is under construction I understand but would have at least like to be warned before hand that this is the case. Paying full amount for all rooms just feels like we were hard done by. Although a extra bed was arrange and payed for was really much appreciated.

Quietness

The bed was not comfortable at all it's was like am sleeping on the wood, the door has big space underneath.
