"Fantastic view and short drive from Dunedin"

Loved the log burner. Kitchen also well stocked with any provisions you might need. Fantastic view of harbour.

Second bedroom was really a kids room with small bed and toys around. Fun but not easy for adult to fit in bed

"Cosy and comfortable"

Absolutely stunning views. The home was well equipped with everything you could need. The beds were extremely comfortable. Would recommend to anyone who wants a home to stay in. We will definitely book again in the future.

We loved everything about the ‘retreat’ - it was very comfortable, stunning views, thoughtfully presented, great kitchen, fresh flowers, snacks, enjoyed the art and the fire, and we especially enjoyed the Easter Egg hunt! We visited the nearby Albatross Centre and saw a parent land a feed a chick- very special - and we had an enjoyable local pub meal at Portobello.

This is a special place with tons of character and amazing views of the Otago Peninsula and Harbour. We loved everything about it - the well equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds, nice shower, and especially all the windows and doors leading to the outside decks.
