Location was superb, close to most of the major attractions.

Lack of restaurants, everything served from one location, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. No gym or spa despite adverts on the main entrance. We also had a creaky bed that ruined our sleep for the first two nights, the room was changed and a complimentary dinner for two was provided excluding drinks. The room aesthetics are average with wood veneers used throughout instead of real wood and not exceptionally clean, hand towels had to be requested several times and only one was provided. So definitely not a 5* experience.

Central location and breakfast and meals have great choices .large size rooms

It isn’t 5 star hotels as it hasn’t got 5 star facilities,it’s more like 4*.you only get one room card key which is very inconvenient .

Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, good food

Only thing- the airport transfer/ride to Golden temple was really expensive, better not to book thru them

The hotel is nice…

But you don’t feel in home or welcome. They have preferences for some guests and close you the uber door in your face if an important guest arrive at same time than you. That happened to me without an explanation. Also if you are a foreigner, they will take pictures to all your documents, but for their important guests they don’t ask anything. I didn’t feel safe…

De mesta vi hann med på en ”natt”! Jättefin frukost för alla smaker och uppmärksam personal. Fantastiskt fint rum med jätteterass.

Lite okunnig, långsam personal vid incheckningsdisken. Borde fungera bättre på detta utmärkta hotell?
