My stay at the hotel was truly heartwarming and memorable. Right from the moment I arrived, the welcome felt genuine and warm. The room was not just big and airy, but also gave a sense of calm and comfort that made me feel at home. I loved the vibe of the entire place — peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast buffet, included in my package, was a real treat — so much variety, freshly made, and absolutely delicious. The Chef Khazan was kind enough to prepare dishes out of the buffet menu. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was so polite, kind, and attentive. A special shout-out to the wonderful people at the reception and in the kitchen — their warm smiles and thoughtful service truly stood out. They definitely deserve appreciation by name. Hearty thanks to Ms.Kashish n Tushar from the reception and the entire team from the kitchen, especially Chef Khazan & Chef Deepak .... support staff, Ms. Dipti, Ms. Gayatri, Ms. Nandini & Mr. Pramod. If I revist Amritsar, I would definitely like to be a guest of Sarova Premiere.. Thanks all once again 🙏

Very new and while it is modern it has a beautiful traditional architecture

The Air Conditioning in the room was not working , the swimming pool salt was not there, The staff charged me from my card even when I opted to pay at the hotel . The staff had no knowledges how to run the hotel and deal with the client. A very bad experience. The staff were kept knocking at the room door when it was not meant for us. Over all a very bad experience.
