This place is a little treasure located in a lovely village in the hills. Julia was so helpful and available if needed. There are 3 rooms ,which we had booked for a family wedding, so we had the whole house to ourselves, which was nice. One thing, the rooms are of different sizes yet cost the same, and although they are all good, one is notably bigger and nicer. Breakfast was amazing! So much choice and good quality . There is a little spa area in the basement, which unfortunately we didn't have time to use. Soft robes and little slippers provided. Lovely stay.

It's unusual to have different size rooms at the same price. A full-length mirror would have been useful , especially as we were going to a wedding.

Spotlessly clean, great location. The house has 3 bedrooms, breakfast room and a small spa area in the basement. The rooms are simply furnished in a minimal style. Bed was comfortable. The room on the right at the top of the stairs has a balcony with an incredible view across the Marche region. Breakfast arrived every morning before we were up and included fresh meats and cheese, pastries, fresh fruit and cake. It was all delicious. The host doesn’t live at the property but Giulia was very helpful and stayed up to meet us late in the evening as we arrived on an evening flight. She also helped us find the free parking. Saint’ Elpidio a Mare is a beautiful medieval town and is worth visiting even if you are not staying within the town.

Just a small criticism is the lack of a full length mirror in the bedroom and a few more hooks would have helped as there isn’t anywhere to hang anything except in the wardrobe.

Breakfast was extremely generous and beautifully fresh each day. Plenty of choice , cold meats, cheese, fresh croissants, yogurts, both dairy and dairy free, fresh fruit, and much more , plus water and juices , coffees and teas . Location is great. The rooms are nicely decorated and spotlessly clean! Slippers and lovely soft robes provided. An iron was available at request. There is a sauna and spa downstairs which looked lovely, but we didn't have time to use it

Small gripe, our room seemed considerably smaller than the other two , but was the same price, so I'd definitely ask for the larger room if we stayed again and if it was available. But we were out so much it didn't really matter. And a long mirror would have been useful as we were going to a wedding.

Beautiful room, amazing view great host

We loved absolutely everything about this incredible place. The owner of the hotel is incredibly polite and tries to make everything as good as possible. She advised us on all questions, asked what we want for breakfast, and even helped us find a parking space. Our room was absolutely perfectly clean, the spa is perfectly prepared, there are towels/robes/everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very tasty and we even had good coffee with alternative milk! I really recommend this hotel for you and will come back more and more! Also, I want to ite the incredible view from the room.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable and clean. The spa area at this property is the best, and it's one of the only places that didn't charge me an extra fee to use the jacuzzi. I highly, highly recommend this place.

The parking was a little bit of a challenge, because the town had something going on that required nearly all of the parking spaces just outside the walls to be cleared out, but that's not the fault of this property - it's just a part of staying in a historic center. It was a short walk uphill to get from where I was able to park to the property.
