The property was not well maintained and the bathroom was worst , bedsheets was not clean . The room was too dirty and had too many insects ,ants in room

Wash room clealiness needs more improvement

Only plus point that it is close to airport. But then there are other good hotels that one can choose.

Bed sheets were stained and also the towel. When I asked to provide a clean one I was told it is washed and the other one would be also be staines. There was lot of dirt under and behind the bed. Also hallway was very dirty too much dust. There were mosquitoes in the room and no mosquito repellent was provided.

Although the staff was very helpful, the property was awful. Seen signs of bugs on bed, I left the property within a few hours of arriving.

Cleanless of the property

I even never stay here. No room available even i booked earlier. The staff told me to go nearby property by booked auto by them. I been charged extra 500 INR by the driver. At last i stay at airport lodge.

Location of hotel

Inspite of paying advance booking amount, the clerk at reception told no room available. Then after lot of persuasion, arranged accomodation at alternate place. Hotel harassing customers, fraud. Completely NO NO in future

Not much. The size of the room was ok. Staff did their best. Location is relatively close to the airport, and the receptionist booked a taxi to the airport for me with no problems. But everything else was awful!

Pretty much everything. I don’t have very high standards generally, and this was just an overnight stop in between flights, but it was uncomfortable beginning to end. The booking system is a complete shambles - when you book they send the same message on booking.com about ten times telling you to part-pay to secure your room, with no way to do it. I replied and an auto-reply said they’d get back with 48 hours -too late. Eventually I found a link in the (many) emails I was also sent, and paid. There was no confirmation email or notification to prove this - luckily I took a screenshot of the confirmation screen just before it disappeared. Despite paying to supposedly secure my room, there were no rooms available when I arrived. The receptionist rang another hotel in their chain and told me to go there. I told him I wasn’t going to pay for a taxi, so he told me to wait to be picked up. Before long two young guys from the other hotel turn up… on a motorbike!! Even if I was inexplicably staying in a hotel, near an airport, without luggage, how would we have all fitted on it! And what if I hadn’t felt comfortable with that? Eventually they called a rickshaw. I was tired after a whole day travelling so it was a little annoying. The new hotel (galaxy park) they moved me to was not near anything, I had to walk along a busy highway to get to the only restaurant which was dingy. The hotel itself - well the walls were dirty, the sheets were stained, the mattress was lumpy, the toilet leaked so the bathroom floor was continuously wet, and the whole place smelled really weird. The towel smelled so bad I didn’t want to use it. I had to ask for toilet paper - he brought me a packet of napkins and said that’s all that’s available. To top it off, despite putting the hot water switch on 15 minutes before I wanted to use it (there’s no sign for this, you just have to figure it out) there was no hot water. So a freezing shower early in the morning before a long haul flight.
