Location in the outskirt of town, however it is near a shopping centre. New development. Clean and all the furniture new. Bed and sofa-bed comfortable. Good Internet connection. Spacious and full of light. Nice view of fields from the windows.

There is no lift. However, there is only a flight of stairs to get to the flat. For sombody with heavy luggage, this should be taken into consideration.

Spacious, new, clean, nice design. Nice fragrance in the bathroom. Guaranteed numbered parking spot in front of the building. Nice terrace. High ceilings. It's our second time, last time the apartment seemed to be in the same building but a different flat. Perhaps there are several flats in the same building, so when you book, it's a lottery - which one you get. This time the bed turned out to be more convenient, not so extremely soft as in the previous case. So one could sleep normally. It's my observation that there might be different kinds of mattresses depending on the concrete flat.

There was only one towel per person. That was strange. In order to wash one's hair, one needs a towel for their body and a separate towel for their hair. In all the apartments I've stayed in so far (even those much cheaper than this one) there were 2/3 towels sets per person: body/ hands / hair. Why couldn't they provide more than one towel per person, I really wondered... The apartment is on the second floor, no elevator - it's not a claim, just useful information for people with heavy luggage.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was spotless, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk (less than 400m) by walk to shopping centers and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

The only thing that could be improved is the sofa bed in the living room, which could be a bit more comfortable.
