GBThe property description was not accurate, thought it is a hotel but it’s more like the shared Airbnb. Before we checked in, the owner was asking for double confirmation for multiple times after I confirmed the stay and she said one of her guests would love to extend the stay that’s why she asked! This is very unprofessional and makes me feel uncomfortable. This should not supposed to be asked in any of the reasons. Secondly, we let her know the late check in and agreed to pay in cash for extra $50 due to the late check in. She kept mentioning that like we won’t give her the fee. Last but not least, I booked double bed twin room, supposed to fit 4 people. It said room was en-suite but in fact it’s not en-suite for each room! It was semi detached room and 2 rooms share one bathroom! The owner acting rude when she saw we have 4 people and keep saying it’s not supposed to be 4 people and blamed me not tell her in advance.
USUSLoved the location and atmosphere. Bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was fully stocked.
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed that we did not have access to the closets to hang our garments in. Much of the property was restricted to us. We did not know this at the time of booking…
USOwner is very personable and accommodating and possesses a wealth of knowledge on Yosemite valley and surrounding area attractions.
AUBreakfast was not provided but there was a large range of tea and coffee options, and some muesli bars. The hostess was friendly and explained everything clearly. There is a balcony off the guest room overlooking the river which is quite special.
As an Australian, I was disappointed not to find any black tea (e.g. English Beakfast) or any fresh milk. For the price of the room, I think these could have been provided. Perhaps they would have been supplied if I'd asked. The balcony was lovely in the morning as the sun rose, but in the evening the mosquitoes were quite vicious.

PKUSHost was awesome and informative. Greeted us at the door and showed us around. Also explained how best to take advantage of Yosemite and nearby dining. The location was beautiful with the river flowing just below our balcony. So nice! Great fresh croissants.
I guess I didn't realize we would be in someone's home with them. My fault for not reading the listing well! But the upstairs was all ours, and the host keeps to herself in an apartment that is downstairs and off to the side. Plenty of privacy.
