Sukhothai Heritage Resort

Looks like a tropical paradise. Staff were all more than exceptional.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night - we had an early morning flight from the nearby airport and thought it would be good to stay close by, rather than having to get a car from Sukhothai old city early that morning. The hotel is impressive with attractive public areas. Our room was very comfortable, with a terrace with comfortable chairs looking over the swimming pool. Good shower, good WiFi, good dinner and breakfast even though there were only a few guests there on the night we stayed. There were bikes available free of charge which was great for having a ride around the area and seeing the range of large buildings such as a dinosaur museum and a photography museum (don't know if they were open or not as we didn't try to enter them). But no people anywhere. It felt as if the hotel is located in a yet-to-open theme park. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the airport which was appreciated.

It was all fine.

Beautiful grounds and close to the airport. They had non diary cream option for the coffee in the room. Pool area was very nice and the architecture is beautiful.

It would be nice if vegan and vegetarian options were labelled in the restaurant.

The hotel staff is just amazing! Such an attitude has not been met in a hotel for a long time! Thanks a lot
