Excellent and professional customer service. Thank you so much Mark (Resort Manager) he went above and beyond to make sure we meet our expectations. He was very professional and caring. He made sure that my family and I are happy with our stayed at MuckleShoo Resort. Especially my mom on herself 87 birthday. Thank you so much Mark and your staff. Id give it a 110 % rate.
