Skopje CityNest Apartment

It’s a really well-equipped, modern apartment in a block that’s very close to the bus and train stations. The owner was super helpful and responsive. Great value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing really it was all good. Just be aware as it’s near the station it’s about a 15 minute walk to the city centre, which was fine for us but worth knowing

The apartment is fantastic, located very close to the center of Skopje. There are markets, restaurants, and shops nearby, providing convenience at your doorstep. The view is beautiful, and the apartment is new, modern, and stylish. It's just a 2-minute walk to the main bus and railway station. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, making it excellent for rest and sleep. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, and it's also very close to the Vardar River. Additionally, there is a parking place right in front of the building. Highly recommend for a perfect stay in Skopje! Tack så mycket 🙂

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks with a young child and had a fantastic experience. The place was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The owner kindly offered to change the towels and bedding, which we greatly appreciated. The host was incredibly welcoming and spoke perfect English. The AC was excellent, cooling the apartment very quickly. Highly recommend!

The bathroom unfortunately had a bit of a drainage smell, which seems to be a common issue as we encountered it in other places too. Additionally, there was no AC in the bedroom, so it got quite hot if we needed to keep the door closed.

The property is very close to the main bus station and the train station which was the key criteria for me. At the same time, it is a quiet area. The building is modern, everything’s new and the interior looks stylish. There is a pleasant comfortable balcony perfect for morning coffee and warm summer evenings. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances including a microwave that I also appreciate on longer trips. There is a coffee machine and a few complimentary capsules so you can consider bringing your own capsules or buy a box of 16 at a supermarket.

Location of a aprtment is great, near the Main Bus station and also the Train station, so we went to visit main turistic places like mountain Vodno and Matka by bus. Also, the center is near, we were walking by the river to the center. Apartmant is in new building, very secure part of the town, with restorants, cafes and bakeries. It is great for people who want to spend here a longer time, because it has a great kitchen, with all of the stuff you need.

We wish that we could spend more time here. Hope to come back in future soon.

This is a fantastic apartment on a very quiet street with a great balcony with a mountain view where I loved sitting in the mornings .. a supermarket is around the corner and the location is perfect, that is, 2 minutes from the bus station .. I had a late arrival flight so after catching the airport bus it was strolling distance to the apartment, brilliant .. then I caught buses / coaches everywhere, Matka Canyon, Mount Vodno, Pristina (Kosovo) .. you might say it's 2 km from the town centre, but I enjoyed walking there and back in the evenings along both sides of the river, very calming .. Aleks was also a very friendly and fun person, top marks!

It only took 5 minutes but be aware that the phone number on booking.com didn't work on my phone (UK) .. I had to ask a stranger and they told me to remove the country code, so instead of 0389 71 number it was 071 number .. that was OK and Aleks then picked me up .. I hope this helps other travellers
