Location mainly apt was nice & modern

Shower handle was broken water in shower was Luke warm at best.

Location for the Gate River Run. Clean, well stocked and comfortable. What I liked the most was the availability of the host CeCe to answer questions and help me when needed. Great job! Thank you.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Clean floors, clean bathroom, sparkly counters, and it smelled like lemon. There were snacks, coffee, tea, and water provided, as well as utensils to use in the kitchen. The owner is nice and accommodating. She was quick to respond and assist.

There is nothing to dislike about this property it’s absolutely gorgeous.

I cant say enough about the studio itself. Adorable and clean. They thought of everything except no hairdryer but I had my own. Price was great also. Building very secure as this is not a rental building, people live here. Great for 1 or 2 people only

Parking is not free (as advertised) except after 6 and on weekends. It is metered parking and it is hard to find a spot during the day. I received a parking ticket at 8:07 the morning after I arrived later the night before. Also, there is nothing within a close distance to eat, so plan on ubering if you don't have a vehicle. There are a lot of homeless people in this area.

Some problems with the condo equipment but the owner was very responsive and the communication went very well. The only downside is the bed, it's a sofa/bed with a soft mattress so not very comfortable, otherwise it's very clean and comfortable.

I asked several weeks in advance for early check in. Host claim will let me know but I didn't hear anything until 3p that da of check in. Day I got there was bunch of people in hallway by my door making lots of yelling noises for several hours with their trash bags and I also heard a few nigger words name calling from them. Inside apartment is roach infested I had to kill several crawling in kitchen counter abd bathroom and throughout Apartment smell especially bathroom I guess that's why they have several candles in there. Couches look dirty and made screaky noises when I get om it to sleep, itcwas not comfortable. No spoons to eat with. Only one clean looking white towel. One wash cloth had red stains on it. It was hard and heavy to pull out that sofa bed with old locking sheet on it, And I paid extra for cancellations option. I had to keep my food inside fridge to keep roaches from crawling in it, disgusting.

There no no bed. There was only a pull out bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. I thought there was a bed.

Exceptional clean n homey! Perfect location.

The shower hot water seems never come.
