Location is excellent. Beautifully updated interior and lovely view

The pots and pans need to be replaced. There was only one pan that was useable.

The view from the rear deck is awesome. Quiet community with grounds well landscaped. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

The tenants above would arrive around 9 pm and you can expect to hear footsteps for a few hours :-(
