Excellent logement au cœur de Casablanca ! 🌟 L'appartement est moderne, très propre et idéalement situé – en plein centre, à deux pas de la Mosquée Hassan II, avec de nombreux restaurants, cafés et commerces à proximité. En tant qu’Européen, on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles et très serviables. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation !

Le chameureux acceuil et de Lalla Souad le contact et les echanges avec le propriotaire l emplacement de l appartement bien situé a proximité de tout commerces et resraurant . La securité 24/24 de la residence . Je reviendrai en famille avec grand plaisir .

WARNING: False Advertising & No Support from Booking.com ⚠️ I had a terrible experience booking through Booking.com. I reserved an apartment (Horizon Apartment in Playa, Casablanca, Morocco) based on the listing that clearly stated the property had air conditioning—but when I arrived, there was no A/C at all, and the unit was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I immediately contacted Booking.com to cancel the reservation and get a refund, but they refused to help, even though the property clearly misrepresented its amenities. Their customer service was completely useless, passing the blame between themselves and the property. One of the staff at the apartment was also very rude and unprofessional, adding more stress to the situation. This is NOT acceptable. Booking.com should be held accountable for allowing false information on their site and refusing to protect customers from scams and misleading listings. Do NOT trust what you see on Booking.com. Always double-check with the property directly. I will never use Booking.com again and highly advise others to stay away.

L aménagement de la appartement et sa surface et l Emplacement ainsi que le parking au sous-sol sans oublier la sécurité 24/24.

Climatisation en panne pendant tout le séjour. Voisinage parfois très bruyant. Bruit dans la chambre côté rue jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit.
