"Impeccably clean, modern apartment with outdoor seating"

Super clean, well equipped apartment on a quiet floor with nice outdoor seating. Communication with the hosts was easy with immediate responses. Great, walkable neighborhood close to lots of restaurants in El Cangrejo. I would definitely stay here again.

"Great location. Great price"

The property was in a great location. The building had security which we liked. The pool was extremely clean as well as the common area of the lobby.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner. There was something stuck in the drain of the one bathroom sink so we could not use it. We contacted the property manager but it was difficult for us to schedule a time for the plumber to come and fix. After-all, we were on vacation and felt we should not hang around waiting for the plumber. So it never got fixed. Also, it was difficult for us to only have one key.

"Good apartment in great neighborhood."

The Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and the tenants are quiet as well. The building is close to restaurants, parks, shopping and bars/nightclubs. The management company was very professional and willing to assist with questions. I'd stay at the apartment again.

My only complaint is the erratic water temperature in the first shower and the luke warm water temperature from the faucets in the bathroom and kitchen.
