Great location

The building was very old, and the elevator wasn’t working (the room is on level 5). The AC couldn’t be turned on, but there was an alternative heating option. While the bed was comfortable, there weren’t enough blankets. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the money.

The location is very good with paid parking near by.

The apartment is on a high floor, with a broken elevator. Expect a lot of climbing. The apartment owner is not easily accessible. Did not send us the password for the key box. We were not able to get in the apartment for an hour.

Location is good.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 days, and chose to pay by card as listed on Booking. However, after just one night, the owner called us at 9:50 AM, without any prior notice, and said that a cleaner would come in 10 minutes to collect cash. We explained that we had selected card payment and, according to Booking’s rules, payment can be processed at any time during the stay. But to avoid issues, we agreed to pay in cash, provided the owner changed the payment method to cash in Booking. He refused to do this, and we were concerned that we might be charged twice. Despite our efforts to explain and ask him to follow Booking’s procedures, the owner told us to pack our things and leave the apartment in 5 minutes. He accused us of lying for no reason and even insulted us by calling us “Montenegrin Indians,” which crossed all boundaries and was deeply offensive both personally and nationally. The owner spoke politely through the Booking app., but he threatened us through the WhatsApp app. When the cleaner arrived, we were in shock, but she helped us negotiate with the owner, and we eventually paid in cash. The booking was canceled, and we were unable to leave a review through Booking. The owner never apologized after the entire ordeal. We are absolutely shocked by the treatment we received and will never return to these horrible apartments! Apartment looks better in pictures than in reality, plus elevator wasn’t working.
