View from balcony is of construction site, there is construction 🚧 happening all sides and since apartment is on lower floor, so some noise also comes from site.

BGSpotlessly clean apartment. Just right at the water beachfront in a unique new living quarter and just next to the bus station.
TRThe interior is beautifuly designed, combining modern amenities with a cozy touch. Owner is reachable and trying to help you but since she is not living in the building and no one come to meet you, it could be hard to find the apartment.
1. Text messages came in Serbian language. 2. The flat itself is so comfortable but it is literally on the bridge and because of the traffic, it’s almost impossible to sit outside or inside with an open window. You can feel the trams, trucks, motorcycles in your flesh and bones. We prefer to stay all inside with air conditioning.
