The host picked us up from the airport as a surprise. He waited at least 1 hour, as our flight was delayed. I was very impressed by his kindness to pick us up. His communication is excellent, so we didn't have any trouble finding him at the airport.

The only problem was that the neighbours were having a party next door (not for us unfortunately) on our first night there. The party went on till 2 AM with really loud music and someone screaming in the microphone, but to be fair... it is Italy and it is summer, so it wasn't a big deal...
