The lady in reception was great and even helped by taking the bags up for us. Only help we received on the whole tour we did. Great to have washing and drying facilities in our room. Parking was convenient and no extra cost

Warm, comfortable, every facility, lovely bath. Felt very safe and secure. Good value for money, especially when compared to other accommodation around the South Island.

Great location and comfy bed. Infrastructure good but smell terrible.

You can not open any of the windows and the room smelt of deep fried fish. There must be a restaurant underneath that fries food because the entire room smelt so bad however we could not get any fresh air in. Seriously stuffy and stale air. For this I give it a low score. They need to sort it out. The receptionist on entry was not that friendly (must have bene having a bad day) - it felt like they couldnt wait to get rid of us (we were clearly a bother).

Good location - close to many restaurants

The facility felt dated - in need of a renovation. The passage on our floor was stacked with huge laundry trollies.

This property was in a great location, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant.
