"very enjoyable stay in a spacious apartment walking distance to the city of Bologna"

Location very good. Very well equipped apartment, plenty of space for two persons, balcony. Good selection of restaurants and supermarkets within a short walking distance. Great Host.

The bed sheets didn't fit the mattress. Would have been nice to have two pillows. Low pressure on shower. Should add that parking nearby is on a meter.

"Cute apartment close to the congress centre"

Daniele met me at the apartment with the keys, this was easy to organise. The apartment was clean and tidy and had all the things that a home has to make work trip (conference at bologna congressi) smooth and easy.

The area is a weird vibe and there was a bit of roadwork going on.

"3 night stay in Bologna"

The location was good for getting into the city of Bologna. It took us around half an hour to walk in to the heart of the city. Supermarket very close to apartment. Daniele was very easy to deal with. Bed very comfortable.

There was a lack of toiletries, there was no soap or shower gel for the shower.

"Nice and convenient apartment"

The location is great for walk lovers - half an hour walk to the centre and about 20 minutes walk to the train station. The apartment is small but functional, even for a longer stay. WiFi is strong and fast. The host is flexible and agreed for a late check-in (by 2:00 a.m.) for an extra charge of EUR 30. I liked the balcony, too.

The hair-dryier didn't work and and the bathroom sink was slightly clogged.
