- Отличное месторасположение возле ст. метро Lingotto и ж/д станции - Более дешевая цена среди аналогичных апартаментов данной локализации - Быстрая связь с хозяином помещения
- Оснащение довольно скудное: не хватает многих столовых и бытовых приборов - Мебель местами сломанная и довольно старая - Приветственный набор (мыло, шампунь) весьма посредственный

La ubicación era óptima, cerca de la estación de metro, tenía un shopping cerca donde habia un mercado. El departamento está bien equipado, la cocina tiene todo lo que se necesita, el balcón era grande.
El lavarropas no funcionaba por lo que tuve que llevar la ropa a lavar a un lavadero
