JPUnfortunately, we encountered several issues during our stay that left us quite disappointed as below: 1. The bath towel provided was dirty, with a noticeable brown spot on it. 2. There was bird droppings on the wall of the neighboring unit, which was unpleasant to see. 3. The table in the living room was not clean upon our arrival. 4. The window in the bedroom was broken without any prior explanation. 5. Although check-in was scheduled from 15:00, our room was not ready when we arrived at 16:30. We had to wait approximately 10 minutes. 6. Because of this delay in cleaning, the floor was still wet when we entered the room. 7. Bird droppings were also found on the outdoor chairs upon check-in, making them unusable without cleaning. 8. My wife, who showered last, had no access to hot water and had to take a cold shower. None of us had taken excessively long showers, so it seems the hot water system may not have been functioning properly. 9. The outdoor area was quite dirty, with cigarette butts and other litter scattered around. 10. The room itself was generally dusty and did not feel thoroughly cleaned. 11. We contacted their WhatsApp service to confirm whether a hairdryer was available in the room. The automated response confirmed that it was included, but we could not find one. When we asked again, a staff member responded that there was no hairdryer provided.
NLGreat calm green area to relax with family/friends. Very nice apartments with all facilities including garden furniture to enjoy and relaxing at the same time. Apartment in front of the canal. Ducks and birds were our neighbors. Bedrooms with private shower, so not necessary to wait long time to have a shower. Parking next to your apartment. Restaurants and shops in just 10 min by car. We had a small issue, but it was quickly solved. Great reaction.
