Lionfish Backpackers hostel

Staff were very friendly. Rooms great for backpackers. Would stay again on this island

I had one of the private garden bungalows for 2 weeks. Super cute and comfy, the owner is absolutely lovely and so are the girls working there. I loved my stay!

Personnel très accueillant, toujours disponible et réactif. Il y a de l’eau chaude par contre il n’est pas possible de régler la température. Il y a de l’eau potable dans la cuisine pour remplir les gourdes et un espace commun en hauteur qui est sympa aussi

La chambre privée est assez petite mais ce n’est pas un problème je n’avais qu’un petit sac à dos. Par contre c’edt un cabanon en bambou, il n’y a pas d’isolation ne vous attendez pas a être entre 4 murs comme le dortoir 😉 Ça reste un emplacement top où il n’y a pas trop de scooter qui passent, vous aurez la compagnie du chant des coques et des chiens

Je recommande fortement cet homestay, le dortoir est top ! Très propres, bien placé sur l’île ! Et les propriétaires sont super gentilles et accueillante

Bungalows are nice although not very comfortable. The shower has hot water. We felt like the owner was trying, but there's still a lot to be improved.

The property is quite small and there's not much space for the bungalows. We were in a bungalow close to the alley where motorbikes pass by from around 4AM. Location is in the village which can be very loud: dog fights, roosters (!), motor bikes and music. Definitely need ear plugs to get some sleep. Shower and toilet could have been cleaner.
