It’s location. You can chill by the beach and wake up with a good view. You can also cook in the kitchen

The electricity. Low voltage problem. It takes a long time for our gadgets to charge and also the lights keeps on flickering. I hope this will be resolved because I like the place over all

We stayed the first week of April for 6 days and it was horrible. When we arrived, there was no water supply available. I think it was broken even before our check in as the toilet was used by the previous guest weren’t flushed and we had to wait for someone to fix it. The aircondition was just okay- not cold enough to beat the heat outside. There are also occasional black outs but its quite common in Siargao. Then, we had TWO days of no water supply at all. It got broken again after a day and we were only given 4 gallons of water for 4 people to use for washing, drinking and toileting. Imagine feeling sticky because of salt water and yet you dont have fresh water to wash with not mentioning that their water has a strange smell. Staying here spoiled our Siargao trip. The communication with the owner is really bad as well. You’ll get a response after hours and sometimes will reply the next day. We were promised to get a full refund because of all the inconvenience but upon chasing, there was no reply. The place is note maintained good thing the caretaker is there to give the best help that she can but obviously limited as all decisions come from the owner which is not based in Siargao. The place has a potential but is poorly managed. Better stay to hotels which has a backup generator and water tanks.

I do not recommend this place. The aircon didn’t work on my last stay and was promised a refund but owner reneged. I never saw any one but they accused me of breaking the power key card hence the aircon didn’t work but everything else work like the refrigerator.

The location and the room was fronting the Ocean and very accessible.

During our stay we had few times that there was not water.

All pipes in the bathroom are leaking water, floors are always wet. The bathroom tap is clogged and barely gives water. Mold on the wall. The outside kitchen is in terrible condition. Cannot imagine someone would consider cooking there. 2 of 4 pillows had mold in it. The room had a strong paint smell which gave us a headache for the first night. Everything is worn out, it seems that no one cares or is willing to put some hands there and just squeeze it for money. On our last day women started cleaning at 6.30am. We felt like she was forcing us to check out faster. Would not come back here

Great location, with easy access to the beach. I'm a digital nomad - there was a desk on the balcony with great wifi enough to get work done. The Wifi speed was >30Mbps.

The location was central to most things

The lack of attentiveness from staff, the facilities, the shower barely worked, the toilet stopped flushing halfway through our stay, the walls looked dirty potential mold

The location is perfect. The room is clean, waterfront, and has all necessary facilities (air con., fan, fridge…). The place is super relaxing and quiet during the day.

Unfortunately, the neighbours were very loud all night. They were drinking, playing loud music and speaking loudly until 4am on most of the nights we stayed here. This may be temporary, but it really affected our sleep and experience. The manager of the property was able to communicate with them and turn it down for a couple days… but that didn’t last long. It was unfortunate, because everything else was perfect!
