BRI liked the location of the loft, as it was quite convenient. The room heater worked really well, which was especially important since I visited during winter. Also, the bed was super comfortable!
When I arrived, which was already late at night, around 8 PM, I followed the instructions they had sent me. As soon as I got there, I sent a message asking them to open the door for me, but I received no response. Fifteen minutes passed, and still nothing. A lady entered the building, so I took the opportunity to go in with her. The same thing happened with both doors that required them to open them instantly for first-time access. Once inside, I went up to the floor and went straight to get the key, but the code from the first link they sent me didn’t open the locker where the apartment keys were. When I tried to message them, my messages wouldn’t go through anymore. I also tried calling, but no one answered. I waited for more than an hour until they finally replied and sent me the correct code. As compensation, they only allowed me to have a late checkout.
BGThe location is good
The room is very small and the sloping ceilings make it even more uncomfortable, attic. It too little even for one person. The place is suitable for a one-night stay, but it is inconvenient for a longer vacation. Small bathroom, no place to put your brushes to teeth. Hot water is not enough for one person.
ITThe location: it’s close to Porta Nuova train station with a lot of bars and restaurants around, it’s also convenient to take public transport. The room is quite clean, and when I texted the service through Whatsapp number about missing blankets since it’s the start of autumn and getting cold, they replied in the fixed working hours with a positive answer and solved the problem. (Although we stayed three nights and only the last night they brought it). We have two huge luggages and a tiny elevator helps a lot.
The room is too small and narrowed compared to the information and photos provided, I don’t know if it’s due to being top floor with the gable roof or what, the space to move is really limited. Staying three nights is bearable, maybe not more. While the bathroom is quite clean, it seems a lil smelly. At the end of the stay, the asked us to dispose the garbage :/ It’s quite bothering because we paid for the cleaning service and we actually kept the room quite clean, throwing all the trash in the bin. Going down with two huge luggages and the trash is too much, while we are rushing checking out for the train, so we just left it behind.
