1. No te dicen que es una casa prefabricada en el patio de dentro de su propia casa por lo que te sientes como si fuera la caseta del perro, y no tienes intimidad ninguna, ni si quiera puedes abrir las ventanas porque estaban la mayor parte del tiempo en una mesa fuera delante de la casa. 2. El señor intentaba ser amable y todo el tiempo nos hablaba y habrá personas que le guste pero a mi me resulto muy invadiente y no me senti nada comoda, durante la tarde estaban los niños durmiendo y pego a la casa para hablar y los desperto. Estaba deseando salir de ese sitio 3. Cuando nos íbamos a ir nos avisa que el parking ( dejar el coche dentro de ese mismo patio dentro de su casa) tenía un coste y teníamos que dejar el dinero al salir...me hubiera gustado que lo dijera antes a la llegada, no a la salida. 4. Otro gran detalle que no sale en las fotos y no te dicen es que en el patio hay obras y esta todo lleno de trastos por lo que te Da la sensación de vivir en una obra. 5. Como están en obras de 8am a 12 am no había luz y tuvimos que salir a desayunar fuera. Cosa que me podrian haber dicho también al hacer la reserva porque la hice ese mismo día. 6. Finalmente me escriben para que les diga donde están las llaves que estoy segura ellos mismos han retirado y quieren hacerme pagar.

ATITAbbiamo trascorso 3 giorni in questa casa e tutto è stato impeccabile. L'alloggio era pulitissimo, accogliente e ben organizzato. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la gentilezza dell’host e la disponibilità di tutto l’occorrente: utensili da cucina, prodotti per la colazione, asciugamani e molto altro. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, consigliatissimo!
BEThe Family operating the facilities are very kind and helpful. Super nice people. We enjoyed our stay. It was a good choice for a beach holiday as well.
I liked the property but if you like a cultural visit it is far from the center of town.
ROThe property was close to the beach, which was a nice advantage, and overall it was a decent accommodation compared to many other places in Italy that often look outdated or poorly maintained. The area was generally quiet during the day, and it felt safe.
The location is very far from the city center (about 24 bus stops), which makes moving around time-consuming and a bit inconvenient. We didn’t know in advance that the courtyard is shared with the owner, which made us feel like we had no privacy, especially when they had guests playing with a ball and chatting loudly outside past midnight. There’s no washing machine, and they offer laundry service for €30, even though there’s a self-service laundromat around the corner where you can wash and dry your clothes for €8.
DEHosts super welcoming and available. Very convenient location if you want to reach the airport. City park in front great for children.
