Mieszkanie przestronne, bardzo ładnie urządzone z ładnymi detalami. Zlokalizowane bardzo blisko centrum i stacji kolejowej. Łózka duże i wygodne. Odpowiednia ilość ręczników oraz przyborów kuchennych.

W mieszkaniu należałoby rozwiązać kwestię klimatyzacji. Brak klimatyzacji w salonie i sypialniach. Jedna umieszczona w przedpokoju nie jest w stanie schłodzić sypialni zwłaszcza mniejszej od strony wewnętrznego dziedzińca. O ile dodatkowa przenośna klimatyzacja pomogła trochę w małej sypialni o tyle w salonie robiąc posiłek czy cokolwiek innego podczas upalnych dni jest dość ciężko wytrzymać.
