The venue is great and the rooms were well kitted out. They were spacious and comfortable.

I would have expected the rooms to be serviced. A towel was left hanging in my bathroom when I arrived (even though the room was clean and tidy) and no one came to service the room at all the following day.

The fact that we did not get our breakfast on the first day.

Close to hillcrest village but very quiet. Spacious unit with nice kitchenette plus lounge area.

Unfortunately some neighborhood monkeys gained access to ransack some provisions. Need some warning signs in the rooms to remind us to close all windows. Alternatively install wire mesh over windows to prevent access.

Quick access to main roads from the property. Breakfast was delicious and on time at 7am as requested. Room was quiet, comfortable and very big.

Room was fine, not as good as it was when I traveled there before. There was only rooibos tea available. When I asked I was told that the don’t have stock of any other type of tea.

The place is very quiet, clean and the staff is very responsive.
