Wohnung befindet sich in einem etwas heruntergekommenen, recht ungepflegten Haus. Die Betten (es waren in Wirklichkeit eher Pritschen) in einem Zimmer waren schmal, hart und nicht akzeptabel.

Una posizione molto strategica e una vista mozzafiato anche di notte. Molto tranquilla la zona , e la signora molto gentile.

Non direi proprio che non mi è piaciuto… manca la aria condizionata ma la sig a detto che per il anno prossimo la sistema .

The view from the terrace is spectacular!

The main bedroom is part of the living room with no separation. We were not aware of that in the ad. The equipment of the apartment is very basic. The kitchen drawers have the bare minimum and some if the drawers are stacked with cleaning agents and manuals, the cutlery messy in a drawer. There is no shade against the morning sun on the terrace.

Vista stupenda su Spotorno anche se la casa è un po’ difficile da raggiungere . Casa molto ampia e ben arredata, anche se un po’ datata. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile.

Non è indicato che se entri con l’auto dal cancello tocchi il fondo dell’auto. La proprietaria è al corrente perché raccontava di clienti tedeschi che hanno rotto la macchina in passato ma non ci aveva avvisato prima. Noi abbiamo rischiato ma ci è andata bene. Rapporto qualità prezzo non ottimale.

Hi. The house itself is truly beautiful, with stunning views and a unique, excellent shower. The main bed was comfortable, though the two smaller beds were not suitable for adults—better suited for children.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was negatively impacted by the host's poor communication and unprofessional attitude. We originally booked for three people for one night. After seeing the listing indicated it could accommodate five guests, we added a fourth person and promptly informed the host. She responded unhappily, saying they don’t usually accept one-night stays for four people due to higher cleaning costs. I apologized and explained that we were simply going by the information on the listing. She then asked us to pay an additional fee in cash, which we did, though it felt questionable. Despite this, she continued to message us, insisting she was "doing us a favor" even though we had informed her and paid as requested. We were a group of four individuals (not couples or close friends) in town for a dive course. One person slept in the main bed, two in the single beds, and one on the sofa. No bedding was prepared for the fourth person, so we found sheets in the house and made the bed ourselves. The morning after our stay, the host began sending accusatory messages, claiming we had five people and questioning why someone slept on the sofa. She even shouted via WhatsApp and mentioned having surveillance cameras, which raised privacy concerns. We explained our situation again, but she continued to accuse and harass us to the point that I had to block her number. I have screenshots of all our communication, and I can confidently say we were respectful and followed through on everything asked of us—including paying extra. It’s unfortunate that such a lovely home was overshadowed by such a hostile and disrespectful interaction. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a host before, and while I wouldn’t return, I hope this review is helpful for others. Please note we are not asking for our 50 euros extra back or anything, but just want to inform on the improper misconduct of the host.

Amazing view and spacious. Clean and nice place.

Not accessible without a car. The apartment is located closer to Spotorno than Noli and the view is of Spotorno. I read several reviews saying you can walk to the beach, but this is not practical reality, not with children. Lacked basic consumables like tablets for dishwasher or soap for dishwashing.

We spent an unforgettable 10 days of our vacation at these apartments in Noli. Situated in a quiet suburb of Noli, the apartments offer an incredible view of Spotorno. The host kindly allowed us to check in late (around 8:00 PM) and welcomed us with focaccia and drinks in the fridge. The apartments are located on a slight elevation, about 1 km from the sea. However, be aware that walking this distance can be challenging and somewhat unsafe due to the winding road without a sidewalk. There is free parking available on the property. The apartments themselves were exceptionally clean, recently renovated, and equipped with everything you might need, except for a washing machine. Additionally, you will have access to a small garden with garden furniture, shaded by lemon and olive trees. And of course, there is a terrace with an unforgettable view of the sunrise over the Spotorno coast.

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the toilet flush button occasionally getting stuck and the lack of a washing machine, which meant we had to use a laundromat (thanks to Francesca for the contact information). Despite these issues, which I’m sure will be fixed soon, the rating is still maximum.
