Very clean, comfortable property. Calm, nice courtyard with plants. Staff very friendly. The only downside is that our room had the front window facing the street/sidewalk, so there was quite a bit of traffic and front door noise.
USPrice was great, location was good if you are focused on the historic center because it’s walking distance, and it’s easy access to Zona Rosa. It was also very clean and the security was great.
There is no hot water (which I knew in advance), the hotel is located right next to a church and so there are disruptions from 6am up to even 6 or 7pm. Of the two reception staff I interacted with, both were fine and efficient, one was very grumpy/disinterested. Sound travels through the hotel, so if you have a noisy neighbor it is disruptive.

Bit noisey at front of hotel, otherwise ok for $50, nothing fancy here, guard on front door, location is paradox, close to historical centre, but not the kinda place to go for a romantic evening walk.
