Quality Hotel Philadelphia Airport

Location was where we wanted it.

It smelled terrible! There was a musty odor everywhere, like marijuana smoke and old sweatsocks. Exit door in the back propped open with a rock. A lady changing clothes, putting on makeup and fixing her wig by the elevators on the first floor. She had a spread like what you would find in a bathroom!

Nothing at all.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but people deserve to know what they’re paying for before booking this hotel. This property is filthy, poorly maintained, and has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The room was dirty upon arrival, the bed linens were stained and appeared unwashed, and when I requested clean sheets, staff actually told me to go to the laundry room and get them myself. I’ve never experienced anything like that at any hotel. The room itself was in terrible condition. The furniture was broken, wall paneling was falling off, windows leaked condensation and water, the refrigerator didn’t work, the shower sprayed water everywhere, the bathtub drain was clogged, and several light fixtures either didn’t work or were missing bulbs entirely. The carpet and flooring looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, with visible trash, paper debris, and stains throughout the room. The entire building smelled like old mold, mildew, and stagnant water. To make matters worse, old furniture was left sitting in hallways, creating both an eyesore and a potential safety hazard. Customer service was equally disappointing. Front desk employees seemed annoyed whenever assistance was requested, had poor attitudes, and often acted as though they didn’t know who I was despite my being a paying guest. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to them. I spent my hard-earned money expecting a clean, comfortable place to relax. Instead, I spent my stay stressed, uncomfortable, and regretting my decision to book here. This hotel desperately needs deep cleaning, major repairs, better management, and staff training. I would not stay here again under any circumstances, and I strongly recommend travelers spend their money elsewhere.

There was no toilet tissue in the bathroom, which is a basic necessity that every hotel should provide. It showed a lack of attention to cleanliness and customer comfort. I expected much better service and management standards. I would not recommend staying here unless they improve their hospitality and room preparation.

It smelled musty, smoke, mj. A little run down

I left my AirPods, I continuously checked my bags and the location said they were still at the hotel. I had a 6 hr drive back and called them continuously to see if they could check the room. I called 8 times and they would say they’d check and hang up or they would immediately hang up. I had to go back to the hotel myself to talk to someone and they said they didn’t see anything, but I never used them outside of the hotel.

Distance from airport, parking, basic amenities inc. Breakfast, ATM, convenience store, able to book last minute

TV had no power cable, phone wouldnt connect to reception, no toothpaste available, no hair dryer
