It is a beautiful apartment and the owner was very helpful. The location is very central.

There was room to improve, such as the hot water was not working and water leakage into the shower room floor from the shower area. The good thing is that the owner assured us that he would address these issues.

The location, cleanliness and how everything needed is provided by the host, including some welcoming items like instant coffee, juice etc

Small items, like the lack of hook for towels in the bathroom, and that really there IS a problem of missing sink outside the bat tub. The bed mattress was too soft

Great spacious apartment in split within walking distance to everything! Apartment is on 4th floor with stairs but the place was quiet, clean and comfy! Good restaurant below as well which has good breakfast!

Parking is limited but that's due to the old town, host provided tips for a spot about 10min away which was great!

The location was very central, and communication with the host was uncomplicated. He was very helpful and friendly. There was coffee instant coffee available and a couple of beers in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable.

It's a tiny studio apartment in the loft, with not a lot of daily light. Although it's all newly renovated, the apartment's quite cramped. It could get busy with more than one person staying, especially for more than one night.

Loved the check in without any contact, good directions and ok apartment, exactly as seen on pictures.

Apartment Vid DOESN'T have its own parking. The host sends you the location of possible free parking/lets you know that the parking is available on the street. All the parking were full at the time of our arrival and we also didn't feel comfortable to just leave the car on the street parking. We parked at the paid parking that is right next to the apartment, which was kinda convenient (we had to make one more circle as the one way streets are fun in Split) and for one day stay we ended up paying 20eur (1eur by the hour, 1.5eur in the top season). We understand that parking in Split is hard to get by, but I still felt deceived by the host, as the end cost for our stay was a bit higher than expected.

Housekeeper was absolutely helpful and kind ( he helped us with earlier arrival and later departure, for me : 11 points of 10 ), he is very patient and communicative. Exceptional location ! ( 3-5 minutes to downtown, 8 minutes to promenade, very close to bus station ), quiet room for sleeping. In apartment was everything really needed, small kitchen, small bathroom, but all equipped, at least basically ! Great place for travellers, I will advice it to my friends...

According to photos, we have knew what to expect...We have got no problem ( just to be objective : bathroom is really quite small, small shower, small sink, small washmachine,... but ALL were there ! :-) )

Clean bright nice furnishings. Useful clothes line on roof! Useful bits and pieces like some tea and coffee in the cupboards. We didn’t eat in but could have as enough basic cooking equipment. Bed comfy.

Stairs are little bit tricky with luggage but we managed!

Perfect small apartment with all the amenities that you need. Perfect location!
