Apartament ma świetne położenie, blisko do przystanku, z którego odjeżdża autobus do Wenecji, blisko do doskonałej restauracji oraz centrum handlowego. Mieszkanie przestronne, świetnie urządzone i wyposażone, bardzo komfortowe warunki. Przesympatyczny właściciel, gościnny i pomocny - dopytuje, oferuje pomoc. Na pewno wrócimy w to miejsce, jeśli jeszcze kiedyś wybierzemy się w te okolice.

Spacous Apartment- certainly much bigger than what one could get in venice old town. Some Restaurants, bars and big Supermarket within 10 mins walk. Don’t underestimate the commute to venice though- the best is by bus from here, however we were in the unlucky Situation that the public Transport system went on strike- then its hard to get to venice. Relatively quiet area in the evening so its a welcome escape from busy venice.

We arrived in Venice Mestre late, around 10 pm, The host of the apartment contacted me and offered to meet us and give us a ride. I was honestly in a state of positive shock - it was just amazing! Huge thanks to him once again! He helped us with our luggage and quickly and efficiently checked us in. We really liked the apartment - it is big and spacious. There’s a tram stop nearby and a bus stop as well. If you want, in just 15-20 minutes you’re in Venice.

It was obviously dated, but once you arrived you could see how some items, electrical were a little dodgy. I wouldn't have wanted to even touch the bedside lamps. The location was the only good thing going for it.

Bedside lamps looked like an accident waiting to happen. Not fit for purpose. Bed sheets were very old, and I didn't want to cover myself with the bedding. The mattress was two singles put together which meant I kept slipping in between them.

The apartment was really the cleanest apartment that we have stayed in our long trip. Josef was very helpful and was always available. On top of that, the apartment is beautiful, really worth the price, and the air conditioning saved our lives! We will come stay here again when we come back to Venice.

The toilet sometimes had an unpleasant smell, probably coming from the plumbing. The water pressure from the tap and shower was low. The shower didn’t have a high holder on the wall, so it was necessary to hold the showerhead with one hand. There was no shower curtain to prevent the floor from getting wet. One of the blinds had a problem and couldn’t be fully closed, so the room couldn’t be made completely dark. The Wi-Fi connection had a problem, but Josef tried his best to fix it.

It was friendly, and nice to have the 2 bedrooms.

The location was hard to get to the main part of Venice. The towels were small. We couldn’t run the AC and washer at the same time.
