Przyjechaliśmy do hotelu potwierdziliśmy przybycie do hotelu kilka dni przed planowanym przybyciem hotel też powierdził naszą rezerwację a po przyjeździe na miejsce hotel poinformował nas że rezygnuje z tej rezerwacji pomimo że byliśmy już na miejscu w hotelu .
