Our stay at Emana Akatara exceeded all expectations! This is the kind of place where you feel not just like a guest, but like a welcomed family member. The service is truly top-notch. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and — which was a pleasant surprise — there were absolutely no insects. Special mention goes to the personal touch: the staff genuinely care about every guest, showing warmth and friendliness — you truly feel at home. Breakfasts deserve a separate praise: great selection, beautiful presentation, and absolutely delicious! And after breakfast, you can head to the spa for wonderful massages or take a dip in the pool with a stunning view. Incredible people and incredible attitude! We'll definitely be coming back. Thank you for this heavenly getaway!

Nice room - very, very good breakfast- with very flexible timing. Great helpful stuff. Good restaurant. All together was according the expectations. My advice if you need to go somewhere - just order transfer in the hotel- you will avoid inconvenience connected with hard last mile to the hotel, hotel drivers get used to it & you will be fine as well.

If any - I booked villa with pool and it’s appeared that we didn’t use it even once- the whether wasn’t hot enough so the water has been to cold for us.

The staff are amazing, Everyone is so incredibly friendly, sweet, kind and helpful at all times. The staff really made it for me. The gym was great, new and well stocked. I didn't get a chance to use the main pool. I only ate breakfast but it was nice.

In all fairness to the property, I initially wanted something further out. I changed my mind when I got there. If you'd like to lounge by the pool, be away from the hustle and bustle, this is a lovely place. It's not too far from the center, but it is a little further than you'd want to be for ease of transport. I had no issues getting transport from the hotel. The road to get in is really rocky and at times scooters had some trouble getting up there. There are two sides to the property and the one with the gym in it is also occupied by the owners. Two rooms on the ground floor It feels a little off when they're sitting around the table eating dinner, or cooking and at the end of the hall they've got their possessions out. It doesn't feel like a hotel. I felt a bit uncomfortable using the pool (so I didn't) and walking around in that area as it didn't feel like a hotel at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bali. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The entire property was spotless, and the surroundings were stunning. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast and dinner served at the hotel restaurant were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices available every day. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations. We also booked a couples massage at the hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, helping us fully unwind and enjoy our vacation even more. A great advantage of the hotel is the complimentary shuttle service to the center of Ubud, which was extremely convenient and made exploring the area very easy. The hotel also organizes tours to local attractions. We booked a private tour, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The itinerary was customized according to our preferences, allowing us to visit exactly the places we wanted to see. A special thank you to our driver and guide, who was absolutely outstanding—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the day. He made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Great place! The private room was large and luxurious. The staff was absolutely lovely and took care of everything.
