It is quiet if you the room next to you is empty. It's clean and functional.

9km from Dolceaqua up the mountain on tiny little roads is a challenge especially at night. The rooms are very noisy. You can hear the people talking in the room next to you and the scraping of chairs on the tiles is not really pleasant especially if thr neighbours wake up at 6:30h. Ventilation in the bathroom makes a lot of noice too.

The apartment has a little back garden, perfect if you travel with dogs. Fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet location at night. Mosquito machine provided!

No air conditioning. Only a small fan but it wasn't enough for the heat. The apartment is 15 minutes away from the nearest town and the road at night is not the best.

The house doesn't have AC and gets very warm, specialty in the summer, it was so hot at night that made completely impossible to have a good sleep and rest for the next day The location indeed has great views of the nearby countryside, however the access road (high mountain public roads) aren't the best, either in safety matters (few rail protections, very slope and narrow) and the pavement is quite bad, let's say it is not a road for every driver or fainted of heart, but has said this is a public road and not private, therefore the owner is not the responsible for the bad conditions of the road.
