Breakfast was very limited (just a ham, cheese and some vegetables). For 4-stars hotel it was very bad.
HRLocation is perfect, everything is in walking distance, the parking is in front of the hotel. Staff was very helpful. The hotel is almost brand new.

SEThe location is great, right by the old bazaar. However, the advantages stop here.
We booked a double room. The room wasn't properly cleaned on arrival; the toilet wasn't cleaned, there was an empty shampoo bottle on the shower floor and we hadn't gotten any towels. The room had just two clothes hangers, we asked for more and strangely got denied. After staying two nights, the room hadn't been cleaned. When we talked with the hotel staff, they first claim to offer cleaning every other day, when we complain again they say every third day. Because of the lack of cleaning, toilet paper is about to run out, and we ask for more on the way back to the room. They promise to bring, but half an hour later they still hadn't brought any, so we had to go down and fetch toilet paper from the reception ourselves. When asked about the free airport shuttle that the listing has, they say that they don't have any. In general, the staff is rude. The breakfast is very bad and very basic. It does not even have real coffee, only instant coffee. The AC barely works and it's more efficient to open the window when it's 27 degrees outside. We realize during the stay that a lot of the things in the listing are incorrect. The room we got was supposed to have a bath and a terrace, it doesn't have either. There's several things incorrect about the property itself: it lists upper floors accessible by elevator, but both the elevator and the rooms start at the first floor above ground - and you'll have to lug your luggages up the stairs one floor. It also lists having a restaurant and room service, it does not. We checked out two nights early as we weren't satisfied. We were denied a refund by the property for the last two nights that we did not stay in the hotel.
