Liked the Location only. the property was worst one. It is not advisable to anyone.

We got a room but it cannot be considered as a hotel room. We got the room which was using for their staffs we think. The location was good. We opened the window to experience the scenery, but we experienced the smell of waste water coming from all the bathrooms in the hotel. Not at all cleaned the room. The person inside the room can see who is bathing in the bathroom. These facilities are there in the room. So it cannot be advisable to anyone.

The balcony room offers a stunning views of misty mountains and a river. The room is well-appointed, and the balcony is best place to relax and soak in the breathtaking scenery. The friendly staff, well-maintained property, and a great location make it a perfect retreat for nature lovers.

the road is bit confusing but the caretaker came all the way to the main road for guiding us to the property also be careful about the leech if you are going to the river and very difficult to find good food options nearby

The location and the ambience with a little stream just 10mins walk away from the room. Enjoyed the peaceful stream and the walk along the stream among nature. Bathroom was neat, bed was comfy. Hot water was also available. Overall very little to complain about.

The locks on the balcony door n front doors are not smooth, caretaker said the property is new so still some work is to be done. Rate quoted in booking was high compared to other sites which i found out later only.

I found the property's location to be its primary draw, as it boasts breathtaking views and proximity to a serene stream. Access to the stream is an added bonus, and spending time in this area can provide a truly memorable experience.

I must say that my experience at the property was less than satisfactory. The room provided to us was exceptionally small and contained low-quality furniture, including an uncomfortably hard bed and a small coat that only accommodated a single person. As we visited with our family, it was a challenging task for us to adjust in such cramped quarters. The room's lack of proper ventilation further compounded the issue, making it suffocating to stay. As a result, we had to vacate the property early morning. Despite the bathrooms being of adequate size, they were not maintained well and had issues such as water logging after each use. Additionally, the lack of hot water or a heater made our stay more uncomfortable. Lastly, there appeared to be only one caretaker for the entire property, which resembled a lodge, and this was inadequate to provide the necessary level of service. During my recent stay at a property remotely operated by Mr. Akhil John, I encountered unprofessional behavior from him when discussing certain issues. He later canceled my booking and falsely marked my reservation as a no-show, despite my confirmed check-in. Mr. John's request to remove my review from booking.com was also inappropriate. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience at the property.

Location of the property is very good with great view and accessibility river with privacy

great view, and I must say it was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, and the views of the surrounding hills were breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.
