On arrival which was about 15.45 the young lady who met us advised us that the room was not ready as the cleaners hadn't arrived. We didn't gain access for another hour and a half. The noise from the premises above was ridiculous. From 05.30 every morning it was like a herd of elephants constantly walking up and down the floor. We haven't had a decent nights sleep all week. The noise is constantly there so we tried not to be in the Apartment at all. The cupboards in the bedroom and bathroom are badly designed as there are no handles on them. I could go on but running out of room on here.
