Сам изглед апартмана, комфоран, чист, а локација изнад самог шеталишта. Огромна препорука. Сам центар града је у питању па онда не очекујте мир и тишину, али све је у границама стандарне градске буке.

Једина замерка је недостатак паркинг места, али су сви јавни паркинзи јако близу(а верујем да је због локације апртмана немогуће издејствовати паркинг места)
