Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Guests arriving after 20:00 should contact the property in advance to arrange late check-in. The free pool is open 8:00-20:00 from from May to mid-October. Garage parking has limited parking spaces and comes at extra cost. Reservation is therefore recommended. Please note the separate cancelation policy for groups: In the event of cancelation after the specified cancelation date, the following penalties will apply (% of total stay): ● Up to 60 days before arrival of the group, cancelation is free of charge ● 59-40 days before arrival we charge 15 % of the reservation amount ● 39-22 days before arrival 30 % of the reservation amount ● 21-15 days before arrival 45 % of the reservation amount ● 14-8 days before arrival 75% of the reservation amount ● If the group does not show up, 90 % of the price will be chargedPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
