I would not stay here again. Please be aware that this is not a private full-property stay, but just one of two rooms on the second floor of a house. The kitchen and living room are shared between both rooms, so you will have to share the space with other guests! The room itself is very small, with no wardrobe and no proper space for bags or luggage, which made the stay quite inconvenient. What disappointed me the most, however, was the attitude of the owners, which felt unwelcoming and unpleasant... Overall, the listing did not meet my expectations, and I think this information should be made much clearer for future guests

Super liebe Hosts und sehr leckeres Frühstück! Internet hat auch super funktioniert und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass wir auch selbst abends mal kochen konnten. Warmes Wasser zum duschen gibt es auch. Außerdem ist die Bushaltestelle innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen, von der aus man nach unawatuna rein und auch nach Galle fahren kann.

Das Gebäude ist direkt an einem Bahnübergang, wenn also der Zug kommt, wird es etwas lauter. Allerdings fahren zwischen 22 und 5 Uhr keine Züge, weshalb man trotzdem einige Stunden ungestört schlafen kann.

The property is a lovely family owned guest house. It was not difficult to find and it is located 5/6min walk from the beach and main maritime sites.

The property is perfect for short stays. The house is close to the railway and it can be a bit noisy when the train goes.

Очень хорошие и добрые хозяева. На самом деле все было замечательно. Номер правда небольшой, но соответственно и не дорогой. Кондиционер, вентилятор, доступ к кухне, балкон. Все самое необходимое у нас было. Единственный минус - рядом с домом проходит железная дорога. Не обратили на это внимание, но днем нас не было в номере, мы уезжали на океан, а вечером в принципе поезда не ездят. вставали мы рано, в 6 утра. первый поезд проходил вроде в 5:30, поэтому особого дискомфорта мы не ощутили.
