Palm Paradise

Location was very good for us . Lovely view lovely and peaceful except for next doors music . Bathroom well equipped. Sun-beds were great .

Curtain rail in both bedroom and living room parted in the middle when opened, hit us on the head twice and they are heavy!! . Lack of glasses especially wine , we brought some . No bread knife or decent corkscrew. TV kept going black and had to be switched off and on might need looking at

Nothing absolutely great place to stay

The cleaning of the property is really bad. The AC vents were ALL extremely dirty. The ceiling fans as well. The refrigerator, floors, oven and stove totally dirty. That was a used soap in the shower. Garbage inside the drawers of the bedroom. The couch had some dirties also. When we said about these dirties to the owner, he said this is part of a deep cleaning. I believe the deep cleaning has to be done in months, however, these points has to be cleaned. When we arrived, the pool was dirty, and the answer of the owner was: we just went through a hurricane and we have to understand the situation. If the property wasn’t able to receive guests, they should not have opened it to booking. So, what was suppose to be a relaxing time, it was a stressful time. I think we were treated with indifference, I didn’t see the real worry coming from them. The communication was not good also and the maximum he did was: from what we paid (more than $600), returning $100. It’s a property with a great potential to bring comfort to the next guests, unfortunately I wasn’t one of these future guests.

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable and well maintained house. Definitely will come back.
