Super zentrale Lage, eingezäunter Parkplatz, tolle Ausstattung, netter Empfang. Etwas das fehlte wurde innerhalb von 5 Minuten nachgeliefert.

Baulich bedingt gibt es wenig Ablagefläche im Bad und es ist laut in der Wohnung, am Wochenende auch bis spät in die Nacht.

Further to your comments on my review – our problem is that there seem to be a lot of speculation and one sided opinion and very little substantiated facts in your comments below. We consulted with our legal team and addressed formal response to booking.com and the Body Corporate requesting information that has up to this point not been provided and nobody has been worth coming. We feel unfairly targeted and victimised because of actions and behaviour that we were not involved in. We categorically reject these claims and deny any misconduct – especially any damages and “disruptive behaviour” as referenced by the landlord. The sudden demand for payment—without prior communication or substantiated evidence—raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and intent behind these allegations. We respectfully requested the following with no reply to date: • A detailed breakdown of the alleged damages, including photographic evidence, timestamps, and a copy of the specific policies that were supposedly violated. • Clarification on the process followed to assess these damages and determine liability. • Confirmation of whether any formal procedures were undertaken to notify us of these issues during or immediately after our stay. • Records of the complaint and the details of the complainant and records from the meeting held by the Body Corporate and the evidence they considered which resulted in this decision by the body corporate. Furthermore, we are aware that steps may have been taken to evict other tenants during the same period. If this is the case, it is important to note that we were not involved in any such incidents and were never approached or implicated. The implication of our involvement—without evidence—could be construed as defamatory and damaging to our character and reputation and we reserve our rights to act on this. We feel victimised and singled out as the sole alleged guilty party but feel very strongly that it appears that these so called incidents a

Very cute self contained units

Windows didn't close properly so keeping out some of the noise was rough. The frame of the 'couch' was a little flimsy and needs some tlc

There was alot of attention to detail. Home away from home.

The noise because of the bar across the road on the Friday night was abit of an inconvenience but wasn't unbearable .
