Bien ubicado, cerca del centro.
Falta limpieza más prolija, sobretodo en el baño y horno de la cocina. No tiene cafetera. La cabecera de la cama está hacia la ventana, está no cierra bien y entra frío, además la ventana tiene una cortina transparente y mira hacia la entrada de los departamentos, afuera hay una luz con sensor de movimiento que se enciende constantemente, lo que dificulta dormir. Hay una persiana por fuera pero no cierra. Además los vecinos fumaban afuera de noche y el olor a cigarro entraba hacia el departamento.
