SGCosy apartment that is very well maintained. Had a mini fridge, coffee/tea/sugar and a toaster oven. Sofa bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. TV was a good size and we were able to chill watching Netflix. Curtains were able to block out the sun
Nothing that is within the owner's control e.g. street noise from the cars/motorbikes and occasional sewerage smell from the toilet
MYSGLocation and comfortable facilities, provided with the basic amenities. Shopping just across the road, free parking and helpful Security Officers. Gps directed me to the old entrance, hahahaha.
The washing basic too low for a adult, but good for family with children. Not an issue.
MTThey have everything inside room , when I talk about everything that's mean all facilities including cutlery, owner is very nice helpful, he allowed me to early check in.water and coffee tea , everything inside , enjoy Netflix, Air-conditioning was excellent 👍

GBOverall nice apartment. Host was helpful. Drinking water was supplied which was a nice touch.
Bed was hard, could definitely do with a more comfortable replacement. Shower was very slow, only one toilet roll.
